2022 COVID-19 Summer Guidelines

as of June 1, 2022

The health and safety of our campers and staff remain our highest priority. Below, you will find a summary of actions we are taking to help ensure we are providing a healthy environment for camp.

This is what we are planning. There are no absolutes with COVID-19 and there may be situations that do not fit into any category listed below. We will handle those situations as they arise and hope for a spirit of cooperation. Our Plan is subject to change to reflect the most updated CDC, ACA, state and local recommendation.

SYMPTOM CHECK

Please evaluate your child before sending them to camp each day. If your camper shows signs consistent with COVID-19 please test before sending them back to camp.

HEALTHY CAMP SETTING

We will promote healthy hygiene practices by having hand sanitizer available. If a child does get sick while at camp we will contact their emergency contacts and ask that they get picked up. Depending on the nature of the illness they may be isolated from other campers until they are picked up.

MASK USE

Masks are optional indoors and outdoors for all campers and staff.

COMMUNICATION OF POSITIVE CASES

Families must report any camper that tests positive for COVID-19 during camp and for 48 hours following the close of their camp session. We will notify all camp families and staff if 5% or more of the individuals at camp report a positive case while you are enrolled. Please report a positive case to Ashleigh at  [email protected]

NOTE: Some of our camps are outdoors only. Please take note of the camps that include indoor activity.
